The experience
A modern duplex penthouse in an exclusive development in Llenaire, featuring several terraces and a large sun terrace with views over the Bay of Pollença. Plenty of natural light throughout the house.
On the entrance floor, the living room opens onto an open-plan kitchen and leads out to a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area and views of the mountains and the pool. From there, you can access the upper sun terrace, complete with a chill-out area, barbecue and sun loungers, perfect for summer evenings. On the lower floor, three double bedrooms with bright picture windows — two of them with their own terrace facing the pool — and two full bathrooms, one en suite. Air conditioning throughout the property.

1st - Please leave the house in optimal condition. To do so, please:
_ Do not leave rubbish in the bins inside the house; dispose of it in the corresponding containers on the public street.
_ Leave the kitchen tidy and free of dirty dishes, at least running the dishwasher before you leave.
_ Dirty towels can all be left in the bathroom(s).
_ The rest of the house should be left tidy, with everything in its proper place.
2nd - Leave a set of keys in the key box you used to collect them on the day of arrival.On departure
