The experience
Traditional Mallorcan house for long-stay bookings, set in one of the most sought-after areas of Alcúdia, just a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants — no car needed.
On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto a landscaped terrace with an outdoor table and chairs. Upstairs, three bedrooms — one with a large double bed, another with two single beds — share a bathroom with shower, and most feature their own private terrace. Air conditioning with heat pump and high-speed wifi throughout the house. Private garden, plus a shared barbecue and dining area used between the four homes in the surroundings.

Instructions and check-out rules:
1st – Please leave the house in optimal condition. To do so:
_ Do not leave rubbish in the bins inside the house; please dispose of it in the corresponding containers on the public street.
_ Leave the kitchen tidy and free of dirty dishes, running the dishwasher at least once before you leave.
_ Any dirty towels can all be left in the bathroom(s).
_ The rest of the house should be left tidy, with everything in its proper place.
2nd – Leave one set of keys in the key box you used to collect them on arrival day.On departure
