Check-out instructions and guidelines: 1st – Please leave the house in optimal condition. To do so, kindly: _ do not leave rubbish in the bins inside the house; please dispose of it in the corresponding containers on the street. _ Leave the kitchen tidy and free of dirty dishes, or at least, put the dishwasher on before you leave. _ Dirty towels can all be left in the bathroom(s) _ the rest of the house should be left tidy, with everything in its proper place 2nd – Leave a set of keys in the key box you used to collect them on arrival day It is important to follow these basic check-out guidelines, in order to avoid an extra charge for leaving the house in poor condition.On departure
